Stephanie’s passion and volunteer work in the foster care system/adoption environment lead her to working in the residential treatment environment. She loves getting to know each child individually and how to best challenge them in seeking personal growth.Stephanie has spent a decade working with children and teenagers, specializing in attachment disorders, anxiety and special needs. Through her journey she adopted two teenagers, adding to her already large blended family of eight children, totaling in ten. Stephanie believes that through strong structure, foundation and nurture; healing begins.
Josh Blade joined Ashcreek Academy in July of 2020. Prior to Ashcreek, he was the program director at our sister school in Sedona. His primary focus is to create an environment that encourages students to develop their courage, strength, and community through a balance of structure and fun!
Josh utilizes principles of Theraplay and PACE to help connect with and encourage students to try something new and build their resiliency. Josh loves spending time with the students on and off campus, going on weekend outings, and planning action summits. In his spare time, Josh enjoys golfing, tennis, pickleball, reading, visiting the local national parks, and spending time with family and friends.
